Goal: To become a college professor and writer

Attending graduate school:
• Constantly working to improve my grade point average
• Maintaining a positive outlook and remaining optimistic
• Researching universities and graduate programs around the Midwest and possibly other regions
• Start requesting information from universities and programs of interest
• Start preparing to take my GRE
• Researching grants and scholarships for graduate school (its not cheap!!)
• Start preparing myself financially

Teaching at a Chicago Public School, getting some real experience and postponing graduate school temporarily:
• Getting my teaching certification
• Getting an internship
• Tutoring
• Networking
• Volunteering with education-based programs in the inner-city
• Actively seeking employment after receiving my certification
